What can you tell me about your shirts?

Our mens shirts are printed on high quality 6.1 ounce, 100% cotton, Port & Company blanks. Being 100% cotton, some shrinkage is unavoidable. Our best advise is to err on the larger size if there is any doubt.

We also carry long sleeve, women's, hoodies, and ringer tees for most of our more popular designs. Sizing charts for all items can be found on the final customization and sizing page. If you are ever unclear or can't pick between a size, just shoot us an email and we will try to help.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards are accepted. You may also pay with Paypal. All transactions are secure.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders regardless of quantity or weight. Simply select USPS Ground Continental when checking out to take advantage of our free shipping offer. Rush shipping uses USPS Priority Mail and is available for as little as $7.45 when selected. We now have International Shipping as well starting at $15.95.

Why do you have shirts for Illinois and Wisconsin sports teams? I thought they were rivals.

While it is true people from Wisconsin passionately hate people from Illinois and vice versa, several citizens of each state have managed to put aside their feud long enough to start this company. To pick one side or the other for the site would be unfair (and potentially deadly) so both states are represented. In addition, we have partnered with BrewersCubs.com, a message board where fans from both states can come together to discuss their individual teams as well as the rivalries.

To return a product or request an exchange, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through email. Please be sure to let us know the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, and the reason you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

All returns must be in their original packaging. Items must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Furthermore, no returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

The Shirt Alert stands behind the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us at info@theshirtalert.com within 30 days from the receipt of purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage costs.

The Shirt Alert's products are made to order with the best quality materials possible using our state of the art digital printing equipment. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for errors in user uploaded images and designs or errors in user selected options such as product type or size. Please review your designs and orders carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.

Yes. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be followed by another email to let you know your order has been freighted. You will then receive an email from the shipping company allowing you to track your package once it has entered their system.

It depends when you let us know. We send you a confirmation email immediately following your purchase. Please check this over to verify that you have selected the correct size, color, quantity, and type of shipping. If you want to make a change, please reply to info@theshirtalert.com to let us know. Include your order number and what changes you would like to make. We will make every effort to adjust your order.

Of course. We offer a variety of options and discounts along with no upfront costs or minimum order sizes. You can send us a design, or we can even make one for you. We can offer you a bulk discount or each individual can order them off our website. Every shirt can be customized as little or as much as you want with items like player names on the back. We can even set you up with your own shop to sell the shirts from where you can keep the profits. Please email us at info@theshirtalert.com to find out more details.

Yes and no. At this time, we would love for our customers to email us pictures of themselves in our gear at info@theshirtalert.com. A photo gallery will be added soon along with more community features. If your photograph is of high quality, we may feature it somewhere on the site. In the near future, professional shots will be taken for use on the main section of the site. If you submit pictures now and wish to be considered in the future, please let us know and we will keep your information on file.
